Kinniard Brooks
Founder/ Executive Director
- Founded in 2017, Kinniard has led Millinium Training and Technology into becoming one of the leaders in workforce development and career training in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Kinniard became a independent contractor at the age of 19 years old where he work for such broadband companies as Comcast/Xfinity and Charter/Spectrum. In 2004 Kinniard became a member and Certified as a Broadband Premises Specialist for Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineer. Within the next few years he received extensive field experience in Commercial Voice And Data, Alarm, Security and Information Technology. In 2006 and acquiring certifications in Stuctured Cabling Technician, Fiber Optics Installer, CompTia Networking Kinniard started his own company named BHE Low Voltage Solutions where he has employed and trained over 30 technicians in the Commercial Low voltage industry.
In 2017 Kinniard started a nonprofit named Millinium Training and Technology, Inc. with the vision of introducing young men and women in the Atlanta area to the Telecommunucations Industry. With the motto of TRAIN! CERTIFY! EMPLOY! Kinniard and his staff has done exactly that with most of the students that come out of MTT are currently employed and prospering in the industry.
